XVIM is a brand of security cameras that offers a wide range of products for both home and business security. Some of the top product lines from XVIM include the X10 Series, the X20 Series, and the X30 Series. XVIM cameras are known for their easy installation, high quality images, and wide field of view. They are a great choice for both home and business security.
Picture Quality
6.2 /10
XVIM provides adequate baseline 1080p resolution for general monitoring, but the image suffers from poor dynamic range, washed-out daylight colors, and grainy night vision.
Smart Features & Connectivity
5.4 /10
Basic pixel-based motion detection leads to frequent false alerts, and remote connectivity via third-party mobile apps is often clunky and slow to stream.
Privacy & Data Control
7.5 /10
Relying heavily on local DVR storage ensures users retain direct ownership of their footage, though proprietary mobile companion apps carry opaque data practices.
Subscription Plans
8.8 /10
The brand excels by operating completely free of mandatory monthly fees, offering full recording and playback functionality out of the box via internal hard drives.
Overall
7.0 /10
